1. In this Regulation,
(a)  “court” means the Court of Québec or the Municipal Court of Laval, Montréal or Québec;
(b)  “co-ordinator” means the co-ordinator for the application of this Regulation designated by the Minister;
(c)  “Minister” means the Minister of Justice.
